We are hiring! We are looking for full time crew members for both our vegetable and flower operations for the 2026 farm season.
Job Description: Vegetable Focused Farm Crew (FT)
Vegetable Farm Staff will assist with all aspects of vegetable production (and occasional flower production) throughout the growing season.
Attention to detail is the most important qualification for this position. An interest in learning the many varied tasks that go into vegetable and flower production and a drive to work hard are crucial. Experience working on other vegetable or flower farms is a plus, but not required. Our schedule is often subject to weather conditions, so a willingness to be flexible and to work outdoors under varied conditions is expected. Early morning and/or evening availability is a plus.
The ideal crew member has:
A positive attitude and ability to work well independently and with a crew;
Passion for hard work, beautiful flowers and delicious produce;
Strong attention to detail as well as keen observational skills;
Excellent listening and communication skills;
Ability to work quickly and efficiently;
Tolerance for physically demanding work in less than ideal conditions such as rain and hot weather;
Previous farming experience (though not necessary).
Our regular work week is Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. Hours may shift due to weather. This position will begin in the spring and run through November. Full-time employment is guaranteed through the end of September; thereafter, hours may be reduced. There is often opportunity for further hours over the winter.
Pay starts at $17.00 per hour, plus fresh produce and cut flowers to take home.

Interviews may include an hour of farm work.
