Color is grower’s choice, but beauty is guaranteed!

Our Lisianthus is not Certified Organic. Although we grew it on our farm using all our normal organic practices, we have been unable to find a source of Lisianthus seed that is itself produced under conditions able to be Certified.

One of the largest challenges we face in our Organic flower business is a cut flower industry that appears to be actively working to prevent organics from gaining a market toe hold. (e.g. if there are no organic seeds for the nicest things, then organic flowers will never be as nice!) We will continue striving for progress and agitating for more support for organics with whatever little pressure we can muster.
