Definitely one of our most popular crops at market, this sprouting brassica is used like broccoli raab (eat the whole thing: stalks, leaves, and florettes), but it has a sweet broccoli / kale flavor vs. the bitterness of broccoli raab. Great in a stir fry, sautee, steamed, roasted, on the grill… you can’t go wrong!
